1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro/remote areas: 5–8 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• A nominal shipping fee will apply on orders below ₹499 (displayed at checkout)
• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS, which you can use to track your order status on our website or the courier partner’s website.

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across most locations in India. In case your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout, or our team will contact you regarding alternate arrangements.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the product to us, which may result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or broken package, please:

1. Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged, or
2. Record an unboxing video/photo immediately upon opening
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders within India, subject to a nominal COD handling fee (if applicable)
• COD orders may require phone confirmation before dispatch
